Cash-on-delivery orders come in on Messenger or by phone — name, number and address all in one paragraph. Copy and paste it in; the app works out which part is the name, the number and the address. Add the product and the order is done.

AI auto-call confirmation
Within a minute of a new order, an automatic call to the customer in your shop's name. Press 1 and the order confirms itself, press 2 to talk to you; no answer, it calls again. An add-on — pick the package later from the dashboard: Pay as you go — no monthly fee, ৳1.99 a minute; Starter ৳390/month (50 minutes free); Business ৳690/month (100 minutes free). Only when answered, ৳0 when not — from the call balance.
Order desk
Tabs by status, inline editing, bulk actions, assigning to staff. An order stuck too long at one stage stands out by itself. The delivery zone is filled in from the address, too.

Build your shop's website right in the Cloud — pick a ready-made theme, lay out landing pages (with the order form on the page), connect your own domain. Site orders come straight to this desk — no plugin, no separate hosting. Don't want a site? You can take just the manager.
Fraud check — across every shop
Type a number and see its delivery record per courier, plus the blacklist. And something the plugin could never do: you also see returns other shops on this server got from that number — only if you opt in, and only counts are shared, never names or addresses.
Four couriers, one click
Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, CarryBee. Pick orders and book, the consignment number fills itself in, and the courier's status flows back into the order on its own. From your phone too.
SMS, push and Telegram
Confirmed, advance request, handed to courier — sent from templates, logged on the order. 10 free SMS a month; beyond that, it uses your Push SMS balance. A phone push for every new order, and daily alerts to the owner's Telegram.
Products and stock
Products, prices, photos. A stock ledger — what came in, what went out, where it is stuck. Low-stock alerts, a list of products that have not sold in ninety days, and profit per product.
Labels, invoices, picking sheets
Print barcode labels and invoices. A picking sheet to take to the warehouse — how many of each product, across how many orders.
Reports
By day, month and courier: how many delivered, how many returned, where the money went. Counted from the ledger, not written by hand.
Staff, by role
Confirmer, packer, dispatcher, manager — each person sees only their own job. A moderator sees only the orders they entered. Add as many staff as you like, at no extra cost.
Meta Conversions API
Meta gets "Purchase" only once the order is delivered, sent from the server. Your ads will not learn from fake orders.

When an order comes in, the customer gets a call — press 1 to confirm
When a new order comes in, Nishchit calls the customer itself within a minute, in your shop's name. If the customer presses 1, the order confirms itself; if they press 2, they talk to you. Nobody picked up? It calls again. Know who will really take the parcel before you send it.
- An automatic call for every new order — neither you nor your staff has to pick up the phone

- No answer? It calls again three times, two minutes apart, then the order lands on your list

A single return costs about ৳100 in courier charges and packing. At 300 orders a month, AI calls cost about ৳597 in total — so stopping just 6 returns a month pays for it.

Example: a month with 300 orders, 210 calls answered, each under a minute — on Pay as you go about ৳418; on Starter ৳390 + 160 minutes × ৳0.99 = about ৳548. Under about 340 minutes of talk a month Pay as you go is cheaper; above it, Starter or Business.
Nothing is needed when you buy the cloud — choose a package later on the dashboard's AI Call page to switch it on, and change it later. A monthly fee (if any) comes out of the call balance; top-ups from ৳100, by bKash, card or bank. Minutes count only when the customer answers — ৳0 when they do not. Each started minute counts (a 40-second call is one minute); on Starter and Business that includes time the customer spends talking to you after pressing 2. On Pay as you go, pressing 2 does not ring your number — the customer hears “Thank you. Our representative will contact you very soon.”, a note goes on the order, and you call back. Questions people ask.
Do I need a website?
No. With the manager alone you log in from a browser and use the app on your phone — no WordPress, hosting or domain. And if you want, you can build your own website right on Cloud — themes, landing pages, your own domain — that is the "Website + Manager" plan.
Where do orders come from?
You enter them — whatever comes in on Facebook, WhatsApp or a call. Paste the customer's message and the name, number and address split out on their own; add the products and it is an order. For orders that arrive from a website by themselves, there is the plugin, which sits on a WooCommerce site.
Where is my data kept?
On our servers, with your shop's ID on every row — other shops cannot see it, and we do not open it unless you ask. Backed up every night, and every Sunday a backup is restored and checked. And any day you can download your whole shop as one file from settings — without asking us.
What if I want a website later?
You can build it right on Cloud — pick a theme, set up landing pages, use your own domain; site orders go straight to the desk. Start with the manager alone and move to "Website + Manager" later. And if you already have a WooCommerce site, the Nishchit Plugin is another route — same app, lower price.
How much does SMS cost?
10 free SMS a month — for essentials like sign-in codes. To send order SMS to customers, buy a balance on Push SMS and link it to your shop; the price per SMS is listed there. In Bangla each SMS holds 70 characters, and it shows the number of parts as you type.
Is the app different?
No, it is the plugin's own Android app. Once your shop is open, scan the QR in settings and the app links to the shop. Have more than one shop? They all sit side by side in the app.
How many staff can I add?
As many as you like, at no extra cost. Everyone gets their own login, by role — a confirmer sees only new orders, a packer only packing, a moderator only the orders they entered.
Why is there no lifetime plan?
The plugin runs on your site — once it is handed over it costs us nothing, so it has a lifetime plan. On Cloud your shop lives on our servers, which cost money every month. So it is monthly or yearly.
I have a website. Can I still use Cloud?
You can, but your site's orders will not flow into Cloud by themselves — you would enter them by hand. For a WooCommerce site the plugin is the right fit, and it costs less.
