Example: a month with 300 orders, 210 calls answered, each under a minute — on Pay as you go about ৳418; on Starter ৳390 + 160 minutes × ৳0.99 = about ৳548. Under about 340 minutes of talk a month Pay as you go is cheaper; above it, Starter or Business.
Nothing is needed when you buy the cloud — choose a package later on the dashboard's AI Call page to switch it on, and change it later. A monthly fee (if any) comes out of the call balance; top-ups from ৳100, by bKash, card or bank. Minutes count only when the customer answers — ৳0 when they do not. Each started minute counts (a 40-second call is one minute); on Starter and Business that includes time the customer spends talking to you after pressing 2. On Pay as you go, pressing 2 does not ring your number — the customer hears “Thank you. Our representative will contact you very soon.”, a note goes on the order, and you call back. To take a plan after the trial, go to your shop dashboard and tap Renew — bKash, card or bank. Your shop carries on right where it was.
The order desk never stops — ever. Only fraud check, SMS and courier booking pause once you go 10% over, and they start again next month.
The shop pauses, but your data stays. Renew and it picks up exactly where it stopped — nothing is deleted, no setting is lost.
The count starts again from zero. A month means a Bangladesh calendar month.

Why does it cost more than the plugin?
The plugin runs on your site; nothing sits on our servers. On Cloud your shop lives on our servers — hosting, backups, security, a cost every month. Once you count what a WordPress site, hosting and a domain cost, Cloud works out cheaper.
What is the early bird?
Until 31 October every plan costs less than its general price — the struck-through figure on a card is the general price, the one beside it the early bird. The website setup is free too. Buy before then and every renewal after stays at the early-bird price.
How many products can I keep?
50 on Mini, 150 on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,500 on Business, no limit on Unlimited. Sizes and colours of one product are not counted separately, nor are products put aside. Reaching the limit stops nothing that is already there — only adding a new product needs a bigger plan.
What do I get by paying yearly?
A few months come free — the switch above shows exactly how many. And you only have to remember once a year.
How do I pay?
Tap "Choose this plan" on a plan card to pay — bKash, card or bank (SSLCommerz); once the money goes through, your shop opens and the login is sent by SMS. Coming from the trial? Tap "Renew" on your shop dashboard and the shop carries on where it was. If anything gets stuck, just tell us on WhatsApp.
What if I have more than one shop?
Each shop has its own plan, its own address, its own staff. In the app all your shops are together — open the menu to see them side by side and switch with one tap.
What if I don't like it?
